Campground Policies<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

We\u2019ve created the following guidelines to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all of our guests. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out\u2014we\u2019re happy to help!<\/p>\n

General Information<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

  • Open year-round (weather permitting)<\/li>\n
  • Winter conditions may include snow, mud, and freezing temperatures, especially before May<\/li>\n
  • Heated water hoses are strongly recommended during colder months<\/li>\n
  • In freezing conditions, you may be asked to disconnect water overnight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Check-In & Payments<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

    • Check-in:<\/strong> After 2:00 PM (before dark)<\/li>\n
    • Check-out:<\/strong> Before 11:00 AM<\/li>\n
    • Office hours: 8:00 AM \u2013 7:00 PM<\/li>\n
    • We accept credit cards, cash, and personal checks (with ID)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Rates include up to 2 adults and 2 children<\/strong>.
      Additional guests over age 5 are $5 per person, per day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Cancellation Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

      • Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Holidays require 4 weeks\u2019 notice<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged for nights that cannot be rebooked<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Pet Policy \ud83d\udc3e<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

        • Pets are welcome, dogs\u00a0must be leashed at all times<\/li>\n
        • Please clean up after your pet (waste stations are available)<\/li>\n
        • Pets may not be left unattended in RVs<\/li>\n
        • Excessive barking should be avoided out of respect for other guests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Guests are responsible for any damage to utilities or property<\/li>\n
          • Onboard propane tanks only<\/li>\n
          • Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the river and pond<\/li>\n
          • Quiet hours:\n

            • Weekdays:<\/strong> 10:00 PM \u2013 7:00 AM<\/li>\n
            • Weekends:<\/strong> Midnight \u2013 7:00 AM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Facilities & Amenities<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

              • Bath House is available for all guests\u2014please help keep it clean and accessible<\/li>\n
              • Showers are token-operated<\/li>\n
              • Washer and dryer available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                To help maintain our systems:<\/span><\/p>\n

                • No washing of vehicles or RVs (well water system)<\/li>\n
                • Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or hygiene products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Campfires<\/span>:<\/p>\n

                  • Always fully extinguish fires before leaving or going to sleep<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Fishing:<\/p>\n

                    • Allowed in the river (not in the pond)<\/li>\n
                    • A valid Colorado fishing license is required for guests age 16+<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
