General Information
Open year-round (weather permitting)
Regular Season: April 1st-October 31st
Winter conditions may include snow, mud, and freezing temperatures, especially before May
Heated water hoses are strongly recommended during colder months
In freezing conditions, you may be asked to disconnect water overnight
Check-In & Payments
Check-in: After 2:00 PM (before dark)
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
Office hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
We accept credit cards, cash, and personal checks (with ID)
Rates include up to 2 adults and 2 children. Additional guests over age 5 are $5 per person, per day.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance
Holidays require 4 weeks’ notice
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged for nights that cannot be rebooked
Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, dogs must be leashed at all times
Please clean up after your pet (waste stations are available)
Pets may not be left unattended in RVs
Excessive barking should be avoided out of respect for other guests
Campground Guidelines
Guests are responsible for any damage to utilities or property
Onboard propane tanks only
Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the river and pond
Quiet hours:
Weekdays: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekends: Midnight – 7:00 AM
Facilities & Amenities
Bath House is available for all guests—please help keep it clean and accessible
Showers are token-operated
Washer and dryer available
To help maintain our systems:
No washing of vehicles or RVs (well water system)
Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or hygiene products
Campfires:
Always fully extinguish fires before leaving or going to sleep
Fishing:
Allowed in the river and pond. We ask that you catch and release while fishing in the pond.
A valid Colorado fishing license is required for guests age 16+
